CIC-ZCP Site Tour

Notes for Applicants

1. All visitors to CIC-ZCP must join the guided tour, the maximum capacity is 50. Large group visit may request to split into sub-group due to the capacity of exhibition hall. If any special tour arrangement request, please contact us at CIC-ZCP@cic.hk or call at 21009803.
2. Bookings can be made 5 days to approximately 6 months prior to the scheduled date of visit.
3. All bookings will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. A notification e-mail will be sent to the applicant to confirm the booking.
4. Failure to provide sufficient and accurate data may affect the processing time and the outcome of application.
5. Visitors should arrive at the CIC-ZCP Reception 10 minutes before the tour starts. Otherwise, their places will be released.
6. Use of public transport is encouraged. Parking for the disabled and tour coaches can be arranged subject to availability.
7. Once booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled online.
8. If applicants wish to change a confirmed booking, please cancel the booking and then make a new booking.
9. CIC-ZCP reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
10. If applicants fail to show up on the day of visit without prior notice, it would affect their chance of success in their future applications.
11. The registration counter will open 5 minutes before each session for the remaining place(s) of the tour.
12. Late comers who arrive at the CIC-ZCP 10 minutes or more after the start of the tour will not be allowed to join the tour.
13. The use of CIC-ZCP logo on marketing and promotional materials must be approved by the CIC-ZCP before use.
14. CIC-ZCP visitors are encouraged to dress lighter for comfort in an eco-conscious manner during the summer months . By doing so, it reduces the need for a low-temperature air-conditioning operation and hence conserves energy.
15. Representatives of visiting groups must be responsible for the behaviour and safety of the visitors throughout the visit.
16. For safety reasons and to avoid injuries, visitors must comply with all notices posted, and directions or requests made by Zero Carbon Park. Please show common courtesy and do not use profanity or engage in any unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour during visits.

1. The information you provide to the Construction Industry Council (the CIC), including any personal data as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance), will be used solely for purposes related to the activities of the CIC.
2. To keep you informed of CIC activities and industry developments which may be of interest, the CIC would like to use your personal data, including your name, phone number and correspondence and email addresses, to update you in relation to training courses, trade testing, registration, events and other aspects of its work and the construction industry.
3. You are free to decide whether you wish to receive such information. If you choose not to do so, please put a tick in the box below.
4. You are also entitled to request access to and correction of any errors in your personal data. If you wish to do so please write to the CIC at 38/F, COS Centre, 56 Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
