About ZERO Carbon Park
Hong Kong’s first zero-carbon building, the CIC–Zero Carbon Park (CIC-ZCP), has served as a test bed for state-of-the-art eco-building design and technological optimization since its opening in 2012. It also functions as an exhibition, education, and information center, raising awareness of the importance of green building design both locally and internationally. CIC-ZCP aspires to promote ecological values and inspire the public to adopt a low-carbon lifestyle.

As Hong Kong’s first urban native woodland, CIC-ZCP features over 200 species of flowers and trees, creating a natural heartland that attracts birds and other wildlife. This fosters biodiversity while providing a lush and vibrant sanctuary for visitors to relax. Most importantly, it drives a paradigm shift toward sustainable living and serves as the 'green lungs' for Hong Kong’s high-density environment, bringing clean air and renewed vitality to the city.
Our Mission
CIC-Zero Carbon Park (CIC-ZCP) is to serve as an exhibition centre, an education centre and an information centre for zero/low carbon building design and technologies, as well as promoting low carbon living in Hong Kong.
Our Vision

CIC-ZCP shall showcase the state-of-the-art eco-building design and technologies to the local and international construction industry.

CIC-ZCP shall raise community awareness of low carbon living in Hong Kong and promote behavioural changes towards low carbon living.

CIC-ZCP shall disseminate the latest information on low/zero carbon building technologies and share the smart city practices with industry stakeholders.

Our Value
CIC-ZCP is to serve as a platform for the construction industry to share knowledge and expertise in low/zero carbon building design and technologies, and help raise community’s awareness of low carbon living.
